It started with our sales person (Joy) she was friendly, HONEST, and knowledgable, she took the time to show us different vehicles and find out what best suited our needs. She truly made the car buying experience a real pleasure. I would highly recommend asking for Joy if your ever looking for a car. Leland and Joy were both willing to go the extra mile to work on our behalf to get us into a payment price that we could afford and fit our budget. Because he has sold other car brands, he was able to compare and contrast Honda to all the cars I was considering, which assisted me in making a well informed decision. The sole reason I chose to purchase from Honda of Concord, was Tim's knowledge of the car purchasing process. He explained each purchasing/leasing option and how it would impact me financially not only in the short term (the purchase process) but also in the long term of owning the car and trading/selling later. Again I was able make the best possible decision for me. In short if you want a straight forward, bottom line, informational, easy, car purchasing process go see Tim Black at Honda of Concord!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the other hand, watch out for the Finance Department, which is completely separate from the sales department. They are very slow and I found them to be sadly unprepared with their paperwork, including quite a few typographical errors and incorrect information on their forms. Lack of attention to detail. We drove around the lot at Honda of Concord, and decided to take a look at a few of the Pilots they had available. I had never even considered purchasing a Honda before that day, however after speaking to a knowledgeable salesman, TimBo Black, I immediately fell in love with the Honda Pilot. We had our 9 month old son with us at the time, so we were limited on the amount of time we had available to spend at the dealership. Tim was very understanding, and made it possible for us complete the car buying experience without having to stay at the dealership for the entire day. This was our first Honda purchase, and due to the excellent service, we will be back! More

Great buying Experience This past weekend we bought our 3rd Honda Odyssey. Joy Spencer was our sales person and she was great. We started our adventure to buy a van for our growing family actually in March dealing with Marc Gabriel but we were in the process of restoring our c We started our adventure to buy a van for our growing family actually in March dealing with Marc Gabriel but we were in the process of restoring our credit so we had to find the right deal that met our needs financially. Marc assisted us greatly in showing us models that might fit our needs and excised great patience in dealing with our situation. Then unfortunately family issues arose that we couldn't pursue a vehicle at the moment with both my mom & grandmother in & out of the hospital. Marc was very understanding and again showed us great patience. Once things got better with my family, we were ready to pursue buying the van again and Marc literally picked us up where we left off and was able to show us a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX that had low miles and met our budget. Marc setup the transaction but had to go deal with something important and introduced us to Tim Black to finish us up. Tim was an awesome guy as well not only he just saw us through the financials but gave us some great advice on restoring our credit, but was great in dealing with our poor 7 year old boy that was stuck there waiting. Tim & my son had a great time throughout the night and made him feel included in the buying process. :) In going through the paperwork process, we dealt with Les Steele in finance. I have dealt with some very pushy fiance guys in my past but Les was great & friendly to deal with and very understanding to our needs. Also, he did a very great job in securing a better interest rate than I could imagine. The night ended with a new van for our family and a payment that won't hurt the budget. I can not say enough about the service that we received from this dealership. I was very blessed to be working with Marc & Tim on the sales team and I will recommend them to any & all my friends.
