New Honda CR-V Purchase, 1/3/2015 My wife and I had pre-arranged a visit to the Honda of Concord dealership. Our purpose was to have the vehicle we would trade appraised, and get out-t My wife and I had pre-arranged a visit to the Honda of Concord dealership. Our purpose was to have the vehicle we would trade appraised, and get out-the-door figures for what the trade would require. Our sales associate was Joy Spencer. From the beginning we were impressed with her knowledge of all aspects of getting the information we needed. She knew the product, had helpful suggestions, and stayed with us for the entire time, which was longer than we had anticipated. Since this was our third and final dealer we planned to visit, we already had our plan, and ultimately made a purchase. The final costs was not that much, but slightly above what I had figured, and I was comfortable knowing why. One other comment. I don't really have a criticism with any of the dealers and their staff that we encountered in this process. All that we met were nice and none were dismissive. But I think each had boundaries based on how the dealership operated. In our experience, and for us, the Honda of Concord Dealership ranked higher overall. More

Rough Service Department Experience Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you wou Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation. To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"! I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Customers beware! More
