They also did a great job encouraging me to feel comfortable and welcome, and that car buying did not have to be a battle. Mike bent over backwards to ensure every detail was addressed. What a pleasurable experience in buying a car! I have bought several Hondas in the past from neighboring dealerships. I went to my normal dealership on Saturday to purchase a car but was not happy I have bought several Hondas in the past from neighboring dealerships. I went to my normal dealership on Saturday to purchase a car but was not happy with the way they were hiding the numbers on paper. I decided after church on Sunday to check out Honda of Concord, I started texting Joy on prices and colors they had and then we dropped in to look and I was amazed on how much knowledge and friendliness that Joy had. I was amazed at how they showed you everything on paper and had nothing to hide. They sold me the Honda for the same price the other dealership quoted me. After the paperwork was done Joy showed me how to use the Bluetooth and the other functions of the car. I found a new family, new dealership to buy our cars from and I'm extremely satisfied! Joy calls or texts to see how everything is going withe the new car. We will be buying 2 more cars from them here very shortly. I highly recommend Joy to anyone that's looking for a Honda. More

From the start she took time to inform us of features for each style of Honda we were interested in. She actually recommended the car we ended up with which was not even on our radar when we entered the dealership. She helped us find the perfect car for our family and gave us excellent customer service from start to finish. quick and postive car buying experience. I started my search via internet with Jeff Bogan. I stopped in the dealership just because I was driving by just to see if they had any used Honda Fi I started my search via internet with Jeff Bogan. I stopped in the dealership just because I was driving by just to see if they had any used Honda Fits on the lot. It was Jeff's day off, so I was assigned to Robin who in conjunction with her sales manager Caiden got me in a new vehicle for just a couple thousand dollars over what I wanted to pay for a used Honda Fit. Friendly staff and they worked out what I thought was a good price for me. Although Jeff was not my salesperson that day, he did deliver the car to me the next day. Jeff went over and above in helping me make sure my Fit was equipped the way I wanted it as I did not have the opportunity to see it before I purchased it. (Dealer trade). These folks WILL stay in excellent communication with you without being too pushy. If I was to feel pushed into purchasing, I would have walked out. Caiden and Robin simply presented the deal and helped me though the pros and cons. Thanks to Jeff, Robin and Caiden for making my new car purchase something pleasant, which is not at all what I expected from a large dealership. I've had the Fit for a couple weeks and love it so far! More

Fast and Not Furious Purchase!!! I received a check from my bank and had to purchase from a dealership that was within the banks guidelines. Best Experience EVER at a dealership! I purchased this 2012 Honda CR-V off the internet for my father, and got the paperwork started thru text. I was a little anxious about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but the transaction went smoothly and the CR-V was exactly as depicted in the internet ad.
