Was in search for a Kia Soul for a Christmas present. Joy was prompt in responding to my inquiry and in responding to followup emails about pricing on the vehicle. She had the vehicle pulled up by the time I arrived (after doing some price discussions via email first). Joy was a pleasure to work with. Not "salesy" or pushy etc. It was a fairly quick and pleasant sales experience. She has continued to follow up with me in regards to a followup detail on the vehicle, and worked with me on extending the normal timeline. She showed me the service department and waiting area and walked me through how their service experience typically works. She talks straight and tells you if she doesn't know the answer to a question and will get the answer quickly. I appreciate that type of person! Working with Brian for the loan was quick, straight to the point, and not a pushy sales experience on the warranties etc. He gave good insight on options and if they made sense based on his knowledge of our situation. He was pleasant to work with!! I prefer to work with the same salesperson if I choose to visit a dealership for future purchases. This is the first experience with Honda of Concord and I would choose to work with Joy again if the dealership has what I am looking for. More

Although we were not able to get our original choice due to our trade in value we were satisfied with the car we purchased. They really seemed to help as much as they could to get us something that was func to our trade in value we were satisfied with the car we purchased.
