From the time I contacted Eddie Estell via internet until my wife had her new Accord Touring was less than two days with actual time at the dealership of an hour or so. I traveled about 100 miles to this dealership because they had the best prices,and over the internet and phone they gave me the out the door price with no surprises. Once we started the purchase process,they did show me some warrantee extension programs that usually I may have passed on but our situation being what it is was a great deal especially for my wife. When I buy my next car it will be from this dealership and this team of salesmen. I am a hard sell and I was amazed how honestly and professionally I was treated. Thanks. Mike More

I was in need of transportation, and knew basically what I wanted. My information had already been fed to a specific salesperson because I made the mistake of submitting it to truecar. Yolanda was very helpful and found the car on a lot nearby and I had the experience of driving it. She gave me a price, which was a little above what I could have gotten it for elsewhere, and I said that I wanted to think about it. The sales manager then came out and offered me two years of free oil changes it I would accept the price. I called Yolanda after getting home and indicated that I was ready to buy after she answered questions about better prices she had sent me in previous e-mails earlier in the week. Yolanda was nice enough to come and get me the next day and I agreed to the deal. She took it to the sales manager for approval and he said that the two years of free oil changes were contingent upon my purchasing the car on the previous day. I said that did not hear this and she took it back to him. He then said that he would split the difference with me and give me one year and I could buy the second year for $133.00. This really incensed me and I should have left at this point. I told her that I could get the same care for a lesser price elsewhere, and that I would be telling ten other people about my experience. He then agreed to the original offer. This type of nit-picking is what turns people off. More
