This is the 3rd Honda our family has purchsased at Honda of Concord. They are really the best overall dealership. When you buy a honda you get what you pay for so you aren't going to get a 40000 car for 250 of Concord. They are really the best overall dealership. When you buy a honda you get what you pay for so you aren't going to get a 40000 car for 25000. If you want a Honda you will pay more, thats just a fact. But the cars are awesome. Can't beat Honda of Concord for service dept and professionalism. If you want a honda, this is the place to go. More

My experience with Honda of Concord was great! Ted was a great help with all the follow-ups and scheduling for the test drive. My car was actually in South Carolina, but they were glad to send it to their l great help with all the follow-ups and scheduling for the test drive. I purchased a used Kia Soul from your dealership. I decided to use a reputable dealership to hopefully find a good used car. The salesman Jamaal Rozier was excellent! Didn't pressure, very respectful, decided to use a reputable dealership to hopefully find a good used car. The salesman Jamaal Rozier was excellent! Didn't pressure, very respectful, made sure we got info, helpful, very friendly and personable. After purchasing the Kia, I was surprised when I came to pick it up that it only had one key and one remote. I let it be known that I was not going to take delivery without another key and remote. I had an expensive experience of buying a new key and remote for my Expedition when I bought it with the same 1 key and remote. I didn't want to go through with that again. I was promised a new key and programming of a remote that they found somewhere in the service department. This was setup with Larry in the service department at Folger Kia. Got the key but the remote would not work. Called Honda back, had to pick up another remote. That one was all wrong, had 3 buttons. I talked with David Pierce who I told that I could get a remote from Ebay. He said if I did, he would reimburse me. Got the key from Ebay for $10.00. Had it programmed. To my surprise Larry said that now Honda would not pay for the programming. Long story short, I figured a "reputable dealership" like Honda of Concord would have been more customer service oriented. I got a key but they fooled me in to thinking that they would get me a remote and program it too. Said it was too costly. I told him "I'm not asking for a new remote, just 1 that worked, it's a used car". When did $60.00, which is what it cost for the remote from Ebay and Kia programming it, become too costly for a dealership like yours? More

We arrived at the dealership, and were met by Mr. Tom Teiro at the front door. After introductions, we told Tom that we were interested in the Honda crv. Tom had us sat down while he went over all the Teiro at the front door. After introductions, we told Tom that we were interested in the Honda crv. Tom had us sat down while he went over all the features of the various model options. His thorough explanation helped to narrow down our model choice. After a test drive, with the wife being happy with the way the car drove, we decided that this was the right choice for us. I Must say that our experience with Tom and all the Hendrix folks was most pleasant, and we look forward to many years of good service from our new car. More

I had already spoken to Caiden several times over e-mail and he knew exactly what I wanted so it made the experience so much easier. I did do some homework before going to the dealership so I knew what cars they had and what I was looking for. When we sat down to discuss trade, I will please with the way they handled this. They showed me exactly how they came up with the trade price by showing me a website. I respect them for their honesty and appreciate them being upfront with me. There was no sneeking around or hiding anything. The transaction was handled very well and I am please with the outcome. It was probably one of the best experiences purchasing a car that I have had. I recently purchased a new Honda a little less than a year ago, (2012). Lester came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse to upgrade my Civic for a 2013 Civic. It has so many more options in it than my year ago, (2012). Lester came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse to upgrade my Civic for a 2013 Civic. It has so many more options in it than my other one had. The exterior looks so much nicer, so does the interior, with the blu-tooth, back up picture, just to mention a couple.
