WE STOPPED BY JUST TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE CIVIC (WE HAD NO INTENTION ON PURCHASING ONE THAT DAY) WE LEFT THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP EARLIER THAT DAY IN HUNTERSVILLE LOOKING AT A COROLLA. WE FELT PRESSURED TO LEASE A COROLLA SO WE LEFT AFTER SEVERAL HOURS. WE WERE VERY DISCOURAGED. TONY MONTANA MET US AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE AND ASK A FEW QUESTIONS. WITHIN A MATTER OF MINUTES HE DROVE A NEW CIVIC TO THE FRONT SO WE COULD TAKE A TEST DRIVE. THIS CAR WAS NOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED SO HE SEARCHED UNTIL HE FOUND THE EXACT CAR WE WERE LOOKING FOR. HE EXPLAINED THE CAR IN DETAIL AND THE REST IS HISTORY. WE PURCHASED THE CAR IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. WE CAME BACK TO HONDA CARS OF CONCORD AGAIN THIS PAST WEEK IN SEARCH OF A NEW CR-V. WE CALLED MR. MONTANA TO HELP US WITH OUR SEARCH. HE WAS OFF WORK THE DAY WE CAME IN, BUT HE MADE PLANS FOR MR. MIKE MAMAN TO TALK WITH US. HE WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL SALES PERSON AS WELL. HE AND ASHLEY JONES ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND FOUND THE IDEAL CR-V AT ONE OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS. THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE BROUGHT IN THE NEXT DAY. WE TOOK CARE OF THE FINANCIAL DETAILS WITH THE HELP OF CHRIS IJAMES WHO IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN FINANCES. HE HANDLED THE FINANCES EFFORTLESSLY . EVERYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST US WITH OUR PURCHASE. WE PICKED UP OUR NEW CR-V THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED. ASHLEY JONES SPENT ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES WITH US EXPLAINING ALL ABOUT THE FEATURES AND HOW TO USE THEM. VERY IMPRESSIVE! ALL IN ALL WE HAD ANOTHER 5 STAR EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING OUR NEW CR-V. Henry was great-found just what we wanted in a CRV-even stayed late so we could pick up the car after work. Wonderful friendly place. Compared to other Honda dealership I dealt with, Tyler in sales, David the sales manager, and Chris the business manager were great to work with. We contacted Brian via e-mail. We met him at the dealership and test drove a new 2013 Honda Accord. I already knew the color of the car and the interior I wanted. They gave me a great deal on my 2004 Honda, I couldn't say no! I also purchased a great service contract. The whole experience was great, everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly, no games, no haggling...the only downside is that we were there over two hours from the time we walked in, test drove, and made the deal, and met with finance, which we had to do even though I paid cash. He showed us the warranties and packages we could purchase which was worth the time, but the whole process was a little long for me. I definitely recommend Honda of Concord. More
