It's a mega-dealership. I went to buy a used car, and customer service was great. There was no waiting around, even on a busy Saturday, because there were many staff people there. Looking back, they could have shown me more options, and now I can tell that they were trying to get a particular car off the lot. However, I am ultimately still satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Phillip Rundo, did a great job of finding the best interest rate on financing. That said, he should have done a better job of explaining details of the extended warranty that they sold me. In the finance consultation, they try to quickly convince you to make a decision about the warranty; it took me by surprise, and I had to make a quick decision. It puts you on the spot and makes you more likely to buy it. It does not mean the extended warranty is bad by any means - I think it's legitimate if you want the extra assurance. Just be prepared to be offered an extra warranty in the end if you are buying new or a used certified car, and factor that into your cost calculations. Otherwise, you will spend more money than you originally wanted to. More
