He was congenial and pleasant throughout. Drew Spatafore gave a thorough rundown of the maintenance and extended warranty plans without being heavy-handed. He was congenial and respectful as well. My over all review experience was the best experience I could ever ask for. This was the first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership and I could not ask for any better service nor sales consultant. could ever ask for. When I first came into buy my car i had a budget and also a color and year model picked out and Joy was sure to find what I wanted. When first test driving the car I was expecting to just be handed the keys and told to take the car around the block like any other dealership I had visited previously that day, but that wasn't so Joy took the over all time to show me all about the car and explain every little feature that came with the car. I felt as tho I was being helped and well educated about something I was wanting to purchase. I loved how no money or payments or anything about purchasing the car was even mentioned until we had found out exactly what I wanted. In the past couple of weeks dealing with the dealerships around my area I have learned so much and with the wonderful experience i have received with Joy i would never think twice about even stepping foot in any other dealership or even asking for anyone else in sales. After testing driving the car and it came to purchasing the car I felt as tho no pressure was put on me we had some obstucles as to having to wait to on purchasing the car but that still didn't stop Joy from making sure she had it all together. When the time came to doing the paperwork and finalizing everything she was the one to work her hardest to make it happen ! With my over all experience I couldn't thank Joy, her manager , and even the whole Honda of Concord enough on such great pressure free and welcoming service ! Honda of Concord by far is the best Honda dealership I have worked with!! Ted Johnson was very polite and respectful to my husband and myself. I drove almost 2 hours just to purchase a car from him! I was told my other dealers that the deal I was getting from Honda of Concord was a scam just to get me in the doors, but it was 100% legit!! If Ted Johnson tells you something he is going to do, take him for his word he will do it. I will admit, I am a little sceptical of salesmen, but he is not the typical "salesman", he is a very honest man. More

When I went to Honda of Concord I was just browsing for a new car, I wasn't dead set on a Honda or any specific car for that matter but I wanted to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by Joy, she wa new car, I wasn't dead set on a Honda or any specific car for that matter but I wanted to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by Joy, she was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable about the cars, specifically the 2013 Honda Civic, that I was interested in learning more about. She explained all the features to me and answered any questions I had about the car. She made me feel comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing, since this was the first time I was searching for a new car to lease or purchase. After the test drive I was impressed with the features that the 2013 Civic LX models had, compared to other similar cars like the Cruze and the Corolla. She found me a car on their lot in the color and model that I wanted with no trouble. She was very patient with me throughout the process because I had to have my mom (who lives out of state) co-sign the lease since I'm still a college student. It took some extra time but she stuck with me through the entire process and got me a great deal. At first I didn't think I would be able to lease or purchase the Civic at all because of the monthly payments but after some negotiating she got me a deal that I could afford and I was very happy for that! I would highly recommend choosing Honda of Concord, especially working with Joy Spencer, even if you're still in college and don't think you can afford it. Give it a try! More
