Joy was a pleasure to work with. I came on a Sunday prepared after my online research (and visit to 2 other dealerships). Joy was very very knowledgable and showed me every detail (and more) about the options that we selected. The finance manager Mr. Ijames was very relaxed and helpful. I found the whole process efficient, easy, and very comfortable. I have already begun to recommend Honda of Concord to other people. I absolutely LOVE the car and got exactly what I wanted! (Tango Red CRV SE with Gray Interior and under 40,000 miles). The price was fair...maybe a little more room to wager would have been perferred. However, my trade in price was fair. Excellent experience! Thank you Joy!!!! We bought the car! (We had visited another dealership in South Charlotte the previous day and left after the salesman (polite) but spoke more to my husband than me....and I was buying the car. At that dealerhip I felt high pressure and the cubicle space was crammed, hot, and loud noise). This was not the experience we had a Concord! We WILL be back. More

My daughter and I went to Honda of Concord on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 to l salesman there is than request Brian Ruane when visiting Honda of Concord. My daughter and I went to Honda of Concord on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 to look for a vehicle. I have to backup to last Friday, June 14, 2013. My daughter and I had visited two other Honda dealerships in Charlotte and had terrible experiences with salesmen at both dealerships so when we went to Honda of Concord and Brian greeted us I was very much on the defense. Even though I was on the defense Brian was very professional and extremely kind. Brian guided us to several vehicles that he thought we may be interested in and we actually test drove two of those vehicles. Brian was knowledgable and answered all the questions that we asked regarding the vehicles. Brian was patient through the entire process. We test drove two vehicles and in the end we did make a purchase! Please visit Honda of Concord and ask for Brian...your experience will be great! More

I took a friend to the dealership to get a new car. I started looking at the Civic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joy Spencer. She went out of her way to assist me in every way. After getting some figures together I had a horrible experience with Phil during the paperwork. When I was about to leave David Neumann stepped in. He was absolutely wonderful also. He took the time to go over the numers, work with me to make the sale in the peramiters I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, overall it was a great experience. Just make sure you ask for Joy (I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment) and when it comes time for the paperwork ask for David. More
