Return visit AC not cooling Visited dealership March 30th.. AC not cooling ..technicians performd diagnostics test ..AC found to be operating properly no leaks detected.. system Visited dealership March 30th.. AC not cooling ..technicians performd diagnostics test ..AC found to be operating properly no leaks detected.. system was evacuated and replenished. AC stopped cooling at a later date.. had to return for a follow-up visit I was told that a leak was determined at this time ..two parts were replaced ..hopefully this corrects the issue permanently.. I would like to commend the service advisor _Cullen_ for his professionalism and helpfulness.. he is a big part of why I will continue to use this dealership ..Don Ray More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! After seeing a 2017 Civic online that seemed to meet our needs, my husband & I made the 2 hour drive to Concord. We dealt with Sales Rep Chris and Cr After seeing a 2017 Civic online that seemed to meet our needs, my husband & I made the 2 hour drive to Concord. We dealt with Sales Rep Chris and Credit Rep Lester. They were both extremely courteous and professional answering all our questions with no pushy 'hard sell". We got a very fair price which even included a discount on the change to leather seats. They even offered to deliver the car to us after the work was done so we wouldn't have to make the long drive to Concord a second time.
