Joy did an awesome job helping me to find a car. It felt like she was as excited as I was when I found the Prius. She went all the way with helping me to calculate to make sure it would be worth it to go u like she was as excited as I was when I found the Prius. While I was test driving it, I told her I was worried that it wouldn't fit all our luggage when we travel and that I wanted to take it by my house to put our luggage in to see if it would. She said " we can go now if you want". Not only did she go with me but she helped me put it all in the car and test it. Joy is the greatest and I would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car! More

I had a 2000 Honda CRV that I have absolutely loved with close to 193,000 miles on it. My daughter is 13 years old and I knew that pretty soon I would need to be thinking about a car for her. I was not wi close to 193,000 miles on it. My daughter is 13 years old and I knew that pretty soon I would need to be thinking about a car for her. I was not wild about the idea of her driving the CRV and could not as a single parent make 2 car payments so the time had come to look at trading in the CRV. My plan was to find a low milage Civic that I would pay off rather quickly and then give to her when the time was right (and then get myself another CRV). When I arrived at Honda of Concord there were several sales people that could have helped me but the first one I met was Tom Teiro. He was wonderful work with! I knew what I wanted so he didn't try to sell me something else which I greatly appreciated. He showed me the available used Civics and assured me that I could get a good deal. I thought I wanted a 2 door but he suggested a 4 door which was a much smarter fit. During the test drive he answered my questions but did not feel the need to ramble on about the Civic. He knew I was a devoted Honda owner so he didn't need to "sell" me the idea of buying the Civic, he just needed to let me experience how it handled and pointed out some of the features on a 2011 car as opposed to my 2000 CRV. Once back at the dealership he handled the paperwork quickly and was able to get me a good trade in, interest rate and purchase price so I was able to make my decision very easily. I really enjoyed the entire experience and appreciated Tom's sales approach (not pushy or hovering). I would certainly recommend Honda of Concord again and Tom Teiro! More

The unexpected happened and I totaled my car, so I was looking for a car fast! I came in and soon as I got out the car and started looking Tom Terio came over and asked what I was looking for, and how soo looking for a car fast! Tom gave me his card and told me to contact him when I was ready to make my purchase. When I was ready I contacted Tom Terio not even knowing it was his day off! Tom worked with me over the phone to complete my sale, and when it was completed, he came in to the dealership on his day off and completed the final touches,so I could drive off in my brand new 2013 Honda accord ex- l v6 and this was just the car I wanted! Tom Terio even stayed after the busniess hours to explain all the features of the car and to answer any questions that I had! Now that's what you call dedicated! I would most definitely recommend Tom Terio to anyone wanting to purchase a car and would send them to Honda of Concord! More

In fact, Kristin stayed with us an extra 4.5 hours after her shift schedule ended to help us close the deal. Kristin was professional, very attentive, and approachable. She got us the exact car we wanted with no problems and a great price for our trade-in. The whole experience was excellent.
