I would be a little unsure about recommending this dealership, however my salesman was very informative when negogiating the deal someone name Brian in finance came and spoke with us and he was straig dealership, however my salesman was very informative when negogiating the deal someone name Brian in finance came and spoke with us and he was straight to the point. I didnt really care for his personality. This is where i found the used honda i had been looking for. I was given a total including tax,title and tag along with my certified honda warranty. The next day when i arrived with my check to purchase. I was told in order to get the certified warranty i would hv to pay 375.00 extra. My salesman wasnt at work and did not answer his cell phone. I started to walk away from the deal but it was my dream car so i paid thr 375.00 got ready to leave and my honda would not crank up (wow). I was given a boost and told to contact the service manager Greg Maynor, 2 days later my supposely certified honda did the samething. I was told to bring the honda back for a new battery (45minute drive). Once i got there i had to wait 2hours with no apologoly. I feel like i should i been given ar tank full of gas or something bc if it was certified this should have been taken care of prior to me purchasing the car. Also my xm radio only worked for 3days but my friend purchased a used honda older model then mines and she had her xm radio for 60 days. Ill think twice before purchasing again from honda of concord or even perferring someone to them. Not so happy customer!! More

Great car buying experience! Jim was very informative and helpful. Brian was great at explaining and assisting with getting the best finiancial offer that was within the payment range I was willing to make. helpful. The folks at Honda of Concord were very friendly and easy to work with. The Honda I bought was a trade from another dealer and that dealer had not completely prepped the car for sale. Instead of having me to work with. The Honda I bought was a trade from another dealer and that dealer had not completely prepped the car for sale. Instead of having me wait til the work was done Honda of Concord loaned me a new car to take home and my sales person deliver my car to me a couple hours later. I was pleased with the price I was able to negotiate. I look forward to working with the Service Department at Honda of Concord. More

I traveled from Fort Mill to Concord Mills Honda just to work with Tom Tiero. A friend had purchased her Honda Accord through Tom Tiero and recommended I go see him for my next vehicle. I was very nervous b work with Tom Tiero. A friend had purchased her Honda Accord through Tom Tiero and recommended I go see him for my next vehicle. I was very nervous being a single mom just starting out on my own again. Mr. Tiero worked with me over the phone, so that I could keep working and when I came after work he stayed late to help me understand all my options and made the financial paperwork crystal clear. He was kind and knowledgeable about every detail of the transaction. He even gave suggestions on how to build my credit for future purchases. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tiero to friends and family. Thank you Honda of Concord and Tom Tiero for putting me in a gorgeous Nissan Rogue at an affordable price. More
