This is my second honda from this dealership and I drove all the way from Cary, NC, to Concord because I had very good experience the first time. Guess what, my experience this time was great too. We bought a 2011 Accord from Honda Concord and they made it a very pleasant experience. We loved the car, but last weekend we stopped by to look for a replacement for our 18 YEAR OLD CIVIC and they made su it a very pleasant experience. We loved the car, but last weekend we stopped by to look for a replacement for our 18 YEAR OLD CIVIC and they made such a good offer on our 2011, that we traded it in for a 2013 + a new Civic! Lester, Mike and Tim did a great job and made the experience another home run. More

Three years ago we leased a Honda Accord and the lease was up on that car. My husband and I are expected our 2nd child and need something a bit bigger and had heard great things about the Honda CR-V. Not wanting to lease again, we went to another Honda Dealership to look a used CR-v and had a terrible experience. The next day, we traveled to Honda of Concord where we met Tyler. Tyler was just who we needed! He was very knowledgeable about the Honda products and was very easy to work with. We felt comfortable working with him and enjoyed laughing with him. Not only that, everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and like we were important and not just another sale. At the end of our experience, Brain made the buying process very easy and smooth and we was also very thankful for that as well. Products were not pushed, but offered and explained in a reasonable way that allowed us to make the best decisions for our family. We HIGHLY recommend Honda of Concord and if you go...ask for Tyler Wallace! More

We had a great experience overall. Drew was very professional and helpful with any questions we had. The only issue we had was we had an appointment to see a certain vehicle and it sold before we ar professional and helpful with any questions we had. We picked Honda of Concord due to the fact that we've been very happy with their service department for the past eight years. We used a car buying service through USAA (very similar to TrueCar) to ge been very happy with their service department for the past eight years. We used a car buying service through USAA (very similar to TrueCar) to get a very good price on the car. The only problem with pricing is that Honda of Concord tacks an extra $2,000 of dealer add-ons to every vehicle (wheel locks, nitrogen in tires, pin striping, window tinting, etc); it's impossible to find a car on their lot that does not have all of these add-ons installed. Because I didnt't ask for (or honestly even want) any of the add-ons, I was able to negotiate not being charged for them, but it's very frustrating to feel pressured into paying for something you never asked for (especially when using a car buying service for the main purpose of seeking a "no haggle" purchase). I'm sure many people never even chlallenge these extra charges. Our salesperson, Yolanda, was fantastic. She was very friendly and attentive. She (and her sales manager, whose name I forget) understood that I was loyal to their service department, but I felt the additional charges were unfair. They bent over backwards to get me the price that I wanted for the car, and I'm very satisfied with the final deal. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for price is because of the previously mentioned add-ons. My only other quibble with the buying experience is that the business manager (I can't remember his name, either) was a tad belittling when I said I didn't want the extended warranty. His exact words were, "I can't believe you wouldn't want to buy this warranty!" When I replied that I bought Hondas based on their reliability and that they "didn't break", he told me "Oh yes they do!" Which is an odd thing to say to a person who was just sold on a brand's stellar reliability. Not to mention the nearly universal advice to not buy extended warranties for cars. The 4 for quality of work was due to some minor corner cutting: the gas tank was only 3/4 full even though they said they would fill it up, the car was washed but they missed two pencil eraser sized "gooey" spots on the side mirrors (probably left from a protective covering) that obstruct view, various plastic covers weren't removed from knobs or levers throughout the car. Nothing worth complaining about, but they all add up to a feeling that my car was not prepared with the utmost attention to detail. In the end, I would recommend Honda of Concord to other buyers with the caveat that they should look out and refuse to pay for the various dealer add-ons. As I said, their service department is top-notch, and I would definitely work with Yolanda again for a future car purchase. More
The service in this dealership was overall amazing. I literally went in there thinking it was going to be a hassle, especially since it was my first brand new car, but I ended up leaving with a new car a literally went in there thinking it was going to be a hassle, especially since it was my first brand new car, but I ended up leaving with a new car and no stress.
