I'm overdue in writing this-my apologies. In December 2012 I bought a Certified Used Accord from Honda of Concord. First of all, Tony Montana was GREAT to work with. A genuinely nice person, he knows his product, is very personable, no pressure....I would gladly do business with him again. Second-the car itself-I am very, very happy with the car. Third-we have a second Honda (Certified Used Odyssey). Recently I took it in for routine service at another Honda dealer. That dealer did a "courtesy safety inspection", and found a broken motor mount. When I found out that the cost to fix it was $465.00 or so, I asked whether that was under warranty (we had a Hendrick Honda add/wrap warranty in addition to the Honda Certified Warranty, which had evidently expired). I was told (by that other Honda dealer, who shall remain nameless) that these repairs were not covered by warranty. Sensing something might be amiss, I called Honda of Concord. They researched and said this SHOULD be under warranty. I relayed that message back to the other Honda dealer, who, in turn, called Honda of Concord. 45 minutes later-this other Honda dealer called me back, saying the repairs WERE under warranty. Honda of Concord saved me $465.00 in repairs. I appreciate this big-time! More

Having not had a car in over four years I was very nervous the day I came to Honda of Concord..... I just have to say that from the moment I arrived everyone treated me so great . We have been buying Honda's from Honda of Concord for 30 years. Additionally, we serviced all of our cars exclusively with Honda of Concord. We just purchased a Honda CR-V LX from them and the sales ex 30 years. Additionally, we serviced all of our cars exclusively with Honda of Concord. We just purchased a Honda CR-V LX from them and the sales experience was great. Tom Teiro is the BEST car salesman I have ever met. I don't think I will ever meet a better one. He knows his craft and executes with much skill, efficiency and most of all; kindness and consideration. You guys should follow him around with a camera and make a video to show to all new salesmen. Call it the Tom Teiro Car Sales Method. When it comes time to purchase another Honda, I will only ask for Tom. I enjoyed meeting Mike Maman and discussing the particulars of the Honda Civic trade-in and the new Honda CR-V. A real gentleman. Over the last 40 years, I have purchased 15 new cars; 12 of then new Honda automobiles. Between Mike and Tom, I had the best, most pleasant experience Honda buying experience ever. Thanks! I had been feeling the need to trade a much-loved 2002 BMW 530i for a newer, more reliable, and more economical car, but one I could still feel excited about. We had had several Hondas at our house, and their quality and reliability made a new Civic a top prospect in my car search. I went to Honda Cars of Concord on a rainy day last week to see if I could find a Civic I liked, and whether I could get a trade-in deal on the BMW that would make it possible for me to part with it. I was greeted by salesperson JOY SPENCER, a cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful person. She was very effective in helping me to identify the cars I might be interested in trying, and with her help, I chose a slightly used 2012 Civic EX sedan that I thought might be just right. After a test drive where my daring driving did not seem to phase her at all, we settled in with Service Manager MIKE MAMAN to see what deal we could strike. I was really impressed by Mike's expertise. I was pleasantly surprised with the deal he formulated and offered. I thought I got an unexpectedly fair offer for my BMW. He showed me comparable offering prices for other Civics at local dealers in the area, and made a good price offer for the one I was interested in. After a quick trip home to see if my wife approved my choice of a new car that would be used primarily by me (and she was quite pleased), I returned to Honda Cars of Concord to complete the deal. I was placed in the hands of Business Manager BRIAN EMMERICH who completed the several items of paperwork with great efficiency, explaining each with unusual clarity. I appreciated BRIAN's and JOY's efforts to conclude the process quickly as I had a "must do" commitment late that afternoon. JOY went to special lengths to locate all the keys for the Civic and to show me all the features of this great car. I love my new Civic. Next time I buy I car, I'm going back to Honda Cars of Concord. More
Tyler was easy to deal with. He did not pressure us like some of the regular car salesman we experienced at other dealerships. We got the best price by going through a buying aide at AAA. Brian was great! Seemed like he was on my side the entire time which was great! Fought for me not himself! I went out of my distance to look at this 2007 Odyssey minivan, but I am so thankful I did, because they worked with me on the price.
