The sales experience was great, Mike was very helpful and friendly. After the sale he sat in the car with us for an hour to help us set up all the tech systems. Syncing our phones, etc. The financing part was not quite as pleasant. We were VERY pressured to buy the extended warranty and service contract. We have excellent credit and it should have been a quick job to set up the financing. We were in the office more than an hour, and I'm embarrassed to say that we purchased the contracts. I don't know if we ever would have gotten out of the finance office had we not purchased them! So in summary, the sales experience was great, but be warned that you will be pressured after the sale to buy insurance! More

I went to Honda of Concord to meet my friend who was having his car serviced. I was interested in crossovers. I browsed a few in the parking lot. We were approached by Lester Leader. He took me to the showroom to see a black Honda CRV. Lester explained all of the features of this CRV. I really like it but was not ready to commit. I was not exactly ready to trade in my 929 of 15 years. I had plenty of questions, and Lester answered them thoroughly. Lester also showed me a used one. I was not too impressed with this one. The color was almost right; but I wanted something off white. Lester let me test drive a gray CRV. When we got back, Lester helped me to decide on leasing vs. buying a car. I decided to lease a CRV. The color I wanted was not available at Honda of Concord. The CRV with the color I wanted was available at another dealership. Lester said he would have it that same day, and he would deliver to me at my home. He delivered the CRV that evening and he explained all of the features and answered all of my questions with much patience. I gave him the title to my 929 and he exchanged the tags. I am very happy with my purchase from Honda of Concord. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service that was provided to me. I would recommend it to others. More
