This was my first experience with Hendrick Honda of Concord and it went very well. Everyone was courteous and very attentive to our needs. I have dealt with the Hendrick Auto Group dealerships for 15 years now. I have bought and sold cars, had body work done and used their service departments at multiple dealerships including Jeff Gordon Chevr 15 years now. I have bought and sold cars, had body work done and used their service departments at multiple dealerships including Jeff Gordon Chevrolet of Wilmington-NC, Hendrick Honda of Charlotte-NC, Honda Cars of Concord-NC, Toyota/Scion of Concord-NC and two of the Hendrick dealerships in the Raleigh/Durham area. I have never had a bad experience at any of their locations. They always do anything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied and get the services or products needed. They will not try to scam you with questionable sales practices or bait-and-switch deals like so many other dealerships. They are utterly professional and courteous. At this point I no longer even waste time shopping around at other dealerships. I know that when it comes down to it, I will get the best deal at a Hendrick Dealership and especially so at Honda Cars of Concord. If all of the Hendrick dealers are gems, Honda of Concord is a diamond. These are people you can trust. More

Yolanda at Honda of Concord was great. We had a car brought in for us to purchase. There was issues with the warranty since it came from a Toyota car dealership and did not have all of the Honda Parts brought in for us to purchase. There was issues with the warranty since it came from a Toyota car dealership and did not have all of the Honda Parts under the hood. In order to receive the warranty we had to have it certerfied. We could not afford to change all of the items on the car to make it cerfified. Concord Honda worked with us and they were able to make it right. Yolanda was calm and very helpful. I liked the complete buying experience.Awesome experience. The finance dept. Was just okay because they never gave the best deal offered by Honda finance and I had to make sure I had to call them experience. The finance dept. I was sent to Honda of Concord by Hendrick Chevrolet of Cary. My husband and I have dealt with Rick Hendrick dealerships in the past and wanted to continue the relationship. He was purchasing a new truck Cary. My husband and I have dealt with Rick Hendrick dealerships in the past and wanted to continue the relationship. He was purchasing a new truck and I expressed the desire to purchase a Honda. They recommended Honda of Concord so I could continue my relatonship with the Hendrick family. I originally spoke with Rich York over the phone. I told him what I was looking for. He called me back to let me know he did have the exact car I was looking for but needed to install the black leather seats ad what the price would be. I had been shopping prices and Accords in the Raleigh area and no one had come close to his first price. I was elated with the price I was quote and the openness in which Rich spoke with me. We agreed on the price and time for me to meet him and workout the details. I was then contacted by the nicest finance manager I could have ever asked for over the phone. He wanted to know if there was any questions I had that he could address for me and if I had any questions arise in the interm to please call. He gave me his direct line and his celluar phone number. When I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by one of the floor sales associates and directed to Rich, Gerard, and Chris. Gerard took me to my new car and introduced us. He was very attentive and helpful. We proceeded to meet with Chris who was very helpful in explaing all the financing details and options. He is very personalble and helpful from the begining to end.
