Brian spent more than 4 hours with my dad and I, helping me to decide which SUV would suit my needs. We test drove 3 vehicles and he opened many more so that I could put my stroller in the back/trunk area t me to decide which SUV would suit my needs. She was pleasant, friendly, concerned with what we wanted and since we didn't know for sure, she found out what our needs were and made a few suggestions as to where to start. She has the patience of a saint. She was never pushy and made several helpful suggestions. We never did business with a person more pleasant than she is. Wish the world was full of people like her. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. They won't regret the experience. Next we met The sales manager Mark Seymour. He is a huge man and my first impression of him as he was coming toward us was we were about to be intimidated. I was wrong. He turned out to be a gentle, very helpful giant. We hadn't purchased a car in the last 19 years. I was really surprised at the sales and management folks at Honda of Concord as to how helpful they were and not one bit pushy. Finally we met Brian Emmerich at the checkout desk. Another person who knew our needs and wants who didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. He pointed out a few things which he thought might be of help to us which I hadn't give much thought about. Again a very pleasant person to talk to.
