I visited the online site first and saw the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. To save some time I did a quick approval and receive it with an email from Brock Shores within a very I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. My partner and I arrive the next day at the dealership and was assisted by Sid Villarreal. He was an outstanding sale manager. He was very courteous, professional and made us feel very at ease. He took the time to go over the different styles of the vehicle I was looking for and then escorted us back to view and test drive. Sid did an excellent job of describing the features and differences of other models. We decided to purchase the car, great salesman Sid. We then meet with Chris Ijames. Even though it was closing time, he took the time to go over all the details and options we had. Chris was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Afterwards even though the dealership had closed, Sid took the time to sit in the car with me and go over how to setup the features in the car. Sid and Chris are shining examples of quality and professionalism. They were very instrumental in our decision to purchase the vehicle from Honda of Concord. Kristen was extremely helpful and reasonable. I had to set up an appointment months in advance for a trade-in. She called multiple times before the visit to make sure that I was still going to be able to set up an appointment months in advance for a trade-in. She worked with me past her on-the-clock time and even showed me how to program the blue-tooth on my phone in my new car. She was helpful in getting the price lowered as much as possible. It was still expensive (for me) but as reasonable as possible. The finance person, Chris, was very personable. Absolutely the best experience I've had in there so far. Everyone was extremely patient since it took me many hours to make the decision. More

Joy did an awesome job helping me to find a car. It felt like she was as excited as I was when I found the Prius. She went all the way with helping me to calculate to make sure it would be worth it to go u like she was as excited as I was when I found the Prius. While I was test driving it, I told her I was worried that it wouldn't fit all our luggage when we travel and that I wanted to take it by my house to put our luggage in to see if it would. She said " we can go now if you want". Not only did she go with me but she helped me put it all in the car and test it. Joy is the greatest and I would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car! More
