Started the process via the internet and got great info from Andrew. Very good price offer. Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was really busy. Received a great deal of help from Brock. We loved Honda of Concord, it was my first time purchasing a new car and the car buying process was amazing compared to what we've experienced elsewhere. Went to 2 other dealerships before Concord. We did our homework and knew what we wanted to pay and what we wanted for our trade in. Yolanda was great and was able to get us the price we wanted for our 20 homework and knew what we wanted to pay and what we wanted for our trade in. Yolanda was great and was able to get us the price we wanted for our 2013 Pilot and for our trade in. We were not at all happy with the previous 2 dealerships with their sales tactics, dishonesty and upselling. By the time we got to Concord, we were quite discouraged, but that all changed once we met Yolanda. They actually made the whole process painless - from the time we walked in, the financial part, until we drove off the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Honesty goes a long way with me and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, they were a pleasure to work with!!! More
I drove further than I needed to, hoping I would have a good selection and a good sales experience. I arrived at the dealership, parked my car, proceeded to look at 4 or 5 vehicles. I noticed when I drove into the dealership there were a few sales reps standing up near the office. After taking my time looking at the vehicles and walking half way through the car lot to get back to my vehicle, not one sales person ever attempted to assist me. I was very disappointed, as the commercials I had seen painted a very different picture. I was fully prepared to purchase a new CR-V but now I'm not sure what I'm going to do. More
My first impression upon arriving at Honda of Concord was a little startling. There was about 8-10 salespeople just standing outside eyeballing every car that drove up. It kinda gave me the feeling of vultures on roadkill. But once we actually made it inside and met Drew our salesman we were pleasantly surprised. After I let him know that I was the person he had spoken to on the phone a few hours ago he knew immediatley what vehicle we were there to test drive and within 5-10 mins we were sitting in it and on the road. He did have limited knowledge of how the navigation system and a few other features worked but he admitted that upfront and as this was a not a Honda who could really hold it against him. He was very pleasant to work with and he kept us in the loop during the whole process. Chris Ijames was also very pleasant and friendly without overdoing it. He moved as quickly as possible with our paperwork and had vast knowledge of all their warranties and services. The only negative I would have to say is the 30 minute wait for our car to have gas put in it. Other than that I would have to say I really had a very pleasant experience and even though I won't be buying another car until there is absoulutely no hope of recovery when this one needs replacement I would recommend Honda of Concord and Drew and Chris directly. More

First off Sid the Internet Sales Manager was a great person to deal with one of the only few i have dealt with. But the downfall of my entire visit is due to AFTER purchasing a used Hyundai Veloster 201 person to deal with one of the only few i have dealt with. But the downfall of my entire visit is due to AFTER purchasing a used Hyundai Veloster 2012, the touch screen had to be replaced by Monder Hyundai who is great first off and they fixed it. However i was told by Honda of concord they had took it there already and had it fixed, which was a lie. I had Honda of concord check it out and they noticed the car had not been there since it was sold and brought in for a service shortly after. Now back to Honda of concord the light for the tire pressure had been on before we purchased the car and I was unaware of what it was. I was told this light was just normal ad to not worry. So after three visits to the shop to get air in my tire they then tell me on my third visit there is a hole on the inside of my right tire. Donna informs me i will need to buy a new one in order to have it fixed. I informed her i was told everything was ok with the car and signed on the papers that it had been serviced properly, that everything had checked out but now knowing the light was indicating there was a hole in the tire before i had even purchased the car. Sid was very quick to act for us because Donna had informed me the Sales Director David Pierce was not in and would not be in until monday, which Sid informed me was a lie. David comes to great me and says he will meet me half way on the tire, I told him absolutely not this was sold to me that way. David finds out that it was and decides they will cover it and fix it entirely Monday. I had my car dropped off Monday, I get a call from Donna informing me they do not see the wheel lock for the tires to be taken off and asks me for it. I informed her that i was told it was with the car and come to find out they never checked to see if it was with the car when sold, and was informed i would have to go to a Hyundai dealership to purchase a wheel lock so they can service it because they do not carry them at there store, I told them they would have to go and buy it themselves and fix it. So they had it all fixed and that was my last visit as of now. This brings the reason of the Review, They legally said and had in document that this car had been serviced and brakes and tires transmission and all had been checked out by them. I am just highly unsatisfied by Honda of Concord and curious in how they were even able to sell this car legally. Note i enjoy the car 100% and Mondern Hyundai is a different story, I would recommend them to anyone 100%. As for Honda of Concord and possibly any Hendrick dealership i will never recommended anyone getting a vehicle from them. I personally do not enjoy being lied to about the entire purchase of the car and about everything before hand. As i said before Sid was the only good thing there at Honda of Concord he was even willing to go lower on the price himself for the sale but the managers themselves refused to do it. He apologized immediately to me after about my entire experience and if any were to go there in the future i would highly recommend speaking with Sid Vallarreal only. More
The sales representative was helpful in trying to get us to the monthly payment we wanted. They were quick and tried to work with us to meet our needs. This is the second vehicle in a row I've bought at Honda of Concord. Always had a good experience whether just shopping or actually ready to make a deal.
