The service department manager did reach out to me and reimbursed me for the $50.00 cancellation charge that Mr. McDonald and Mr. Neumann said could not be waived. I truly do hope they take this as a learning tool and realize that customer's time is just as important as theirs. Requiring customers to schedule a service appointment should mean you get your service at that time. Otherwise, why not just go to the local lube shop that doesn't take appointments and wait in line with everyone else.
