Larry Burris in service department consistently provides excellent customer service- performing all work as agreed and going above and beyond by informing us of potential future issues. That is very helpful for planning our budget and schedule. So for example during a regular maintenance visit he may say, we noticed wear on the steering tie rods and they will need some work in the next 6 months. Now I know what to expect and can plan for it. Very confident in this dealership and thank you Larry. Not going anywhere else! More

She didn't try to push me into a higher price range that I was not comfortable with and she made negotiations very pleasant, even with a very impatient 4 yr old and 1yr old. Joy Spencer was our sales rep and she went above and beyond to help us and was extremely patient with us when we had to halt our car buying in the Fall. We told her we would be back and after recent communication, Joy worked diligently with our family to help us get in a much-needed Odyssey that gives us ample room for a family of six. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is wonderful and I have already recommended her to others. Then, when we went into to sign the paperwork with Rich McDonald, he was absolutely great.....he and my husband both enjoyed talking "football" and discovered they have the same love for the Dallas Cowboys. He carefully explained everything to us and didn't waste our time....awesome guy! I have bought from Honda of Concord before but don't remember ever having this kind of wonderful experience. Thank you so much! We absolutely love love love our Odyssey! Chip Olin also made contact with us during our car buying process and he was a huge help to us.....everyone was just awesome! More

New Honda CR-V Purchase, 1/3/2015 My wife and I had pre-arranged a visit to the Honda of Concord dealership. Our purpose was to have the vehicle we would trade appraised, and get out-t My wife and I had pre-arranged a visit to the Honda of Concord dealership. Our purpose was to have the vehicle we would trade appraised, and get out-the-door figures for what the trade would require. Our sales associate was Joy Spencer. From the beginning we were impressed with her knowledge of all aspects of getting the information we needed. She knew the product, had helpful suggestions, and stayed with us for the entire time, which was longer than we had anticipated. Since this was our third and final dealer we planned to visit, we already had our plan, and ultimately made a purchase. The final costs was not that much, but slightly above what I had figured, and I was comfortable knowing why. One other comment. I don't really have a criticism with any of the dealers and their staff that we encountered in this process. All that we met were nice and none were dismissive. But I think each had boundaries based on how the dealership operated. In our experience, and for us, the Honda of Concord Dealership ranked higher overall. More

Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you wou Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation. To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"! I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Customers beware! More
