First time buyer I wa super nervous about going through this buying process again as my credit wasn't that great and the amount of "no's" I have gotten in the past. Bu I wa super nervous about going through this buying process again as my credit wasn't that great and the amount of "no's" I have gotten in the past. But they were able to get me approved for a pretty new car (2009 jetta) for a reasonable price. I love the car and Joy was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that the day after I bought the car I started having issues with the battery. When I took it to autozone to be looked at he stated that the battery was bad and should have been replaced long before I got it...which to me means it should have been replaced before it was sold to me. I was told that the battery wasn't covered in the warranty when I called the dealership about it. That's the only issue I have had with the car in the past month so I'm looking into getting the battery replaced now as it has random issues with not cranking even if nothing is left on. I have had to get numerous jumps at this point (I've had the car a little over a month) I'm still grateful that Joy and the finance department was able to work with my current situation to get me into a car that I love so for that thanks guys! Fantastic Deal, and a pleasure working with Joy Spencer Was looking at Honda Ridgelines since I knew Honda was changing the model in 2016 and looking for an exceptional deal. I contacted 6 Dealerships with the model and color I wanted and started to fine tune a quote from them all. 2 of the dealerships were out of state and one I had purchased quite a few cars from. Out of the 6 dealerships Concord Honda, specifically working with Joy Spencer were the only ones who were serious about their price and kept to the number. I had one local dealership waste 2 hours of my life only to come back $1300 higher than the quote and the salesmen actually laughed when he told me the number.....Completely different experience with Joy Spencer and the Honda of Concord team.
