My husband and I went to Honda of Concord on a Friday night to look at Honda CR-Vs. Lester Leader greeted us with a warm smile and handshake. He showed us 3 or 4 different CR-Vs and explained the different packages that were available. Since it was cold outside, we went inside and talked about what we were looking for. We made an appointment to go back on Sunday to do a test drive. On Sunday, we were late getting to the dealership for our test drive and Lester was with another client. He greeted us and told us that Jeff Hamm would be helping with our test drive. Jeff brought around a CR-V for me to test drive and then brought another so that I could decide on the color that I wanted. Once I had the specific color and CR-V decided, we went in and started negotiating the price. My husband and I were very satisfied with the final price that we got. Lester checked in with us throughout the process. Next we met with Brian Emmerich to do the financing and sign everything. That process was completely stress free and painless. After completing all of the paperwork, we met Lester at our new CR-V. He went over everything with us and spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked. From our arrival to our departure on Sunday, we test drove the car, negotiated the price, financed the car, completed all of the paperwork and learned how everything worked in less than three hours. This was a pleasant experience with Honda of Concord and these three professionals. This is our second Honda purchase from Honda of Concord and I know there will be more in our future. More

My husband and I researched the CRV and the Accord prior to purchasing the car. We went on a Friday evening to test drive each of the cars and there we met Brandon Lawyers. We told him of the two cars we were interested in and he brought up both cars and had their hoods dooors and trunks open and proceed to have us sit in each of the cars and explained every detail. We test drove both the CRV and the Accord 4 cylinder, then I asked to drive a 6 cylinder Accord, without hesitation Brandon was there with the 6 cylinder Accord, againg going over everything. It was late on Friday when we finished but told Brandon we were interested in the 6 cylinder Accord, we just needed to decide on the color. We left that night telling Brandon we would be back on Saturday. On Saturday afternoon we returned ready to buy the Accord. I wanted to see the other colors we were intersted in, Brandon brought up a car and proceeded to take us around to see the other cars. We made a decision and the process that followed to purchase the car was the most painless and wonderful experience.
