Do not waste your time with this dealership . I have owned 5 Hondas and have never been able to get a deal done with them. Their attitude toward customers is condescending and unless you are rea . I have owned 5 Hondas and have never been able to get a deal done with them. Their attitude toward customers is condescending and unless you are ready to give them a wildly profitable deal... plan to sit there for a while. I tried to do the "Exchange Program" with my previous Accord. I wasted several trips there to just be extremely lowballed on the trade. For both trips there, I was assured we could get the deal done. Never happened and went with another dealership that got me in the new Accord... same trim, color, payment, and term. Honda of Concord said they could do it to get me in the door, and just wasted several hours of my day... twice. They just try to knuckle ball you into a lease and pretend you have no equity... despite what Kelly Blue Book states. I cannot understand why anyone in their right mind would sign up for a lease. The one caveat to that would be a business because they can expense a lease payment. From a personal perspective... you are just throwing money away. So now I am looking at upgrading my Odyssey under the pretense of the "Exchange Program". I give them a another shot (I feel like I'm understanding that definition of insanity... where you keep trying the same thing but expecting a different result) and again I get the lowball trade and a payment way above my current payment. The Exchange program is a joke and there is no trading your car in and keeping the same payment. The real program is to get you in the door under the Exchange Program pretense, and then let you sit around so long you will sign anything you finally get out of there. Save your time and sanity and visit another dealership... you cannot work with them unless you are willing to pay... in time and money. Further, why are all the cars loaded to the gills with accessories that no one wants? For example, the carcinogenic chemicals of the stain treatment & paint protectants, the unsightly 80’s pin stripe, window tinting on a minivan that comes from the factory with tinted windows, mud flaps, window visors, and etc. I think adding all this grossly marked up profit generators is out of control; and it should be up to the customer if they want to add certain accessories, instead of having them picked for them, and charged for things they don’t even want. What a pleasurable experience in buying a car! I have bought several Hondas in the past from neighboring dealerships. I went to my normal dealership on Saturday to purchase a car but was not happy I have bought several Hondas in the past from neighboring dealerships. I went to my normal dealership on Saturday to purchase a car but was not happy with the way they were hiding the numbers on paper. I decided after church on Sunday to check out Honda of Concord, I started texting Joy on prices and colors they had and then we dropped in to look and I was amazed on how much knowledge and friendliness that Joy had. I was amazed at how they showed you everything on paper and had nothing to hide. They sold me the Honda for the same price the other dealership quoted me. After the paperwork was done Joy showed me how to use the Bluetooth and the other functions of the car. I found a new family, new dealership to buy our cars from and I'm extremely satisfied! Joy calls or texts to see how everything is going withe the new car. We will be buying 2 more cars from them here very shortly. I highly recommend Joy to anyone that's looking for a Honda. More

What a difference! I am one of those people who just dread purchasing a car.
