I stopped in the dealership just because I was driving by just to see if they had any used Honda Fits on the lot. It was Jeff's day off, so I was assigned to Robin who in conjunction with her sales manager Caiden got me in a new vehicle for just a couple thousand dollars over what I wanted to pay for a used Honda Fit. Friendly staff and they worked out what I thought was a good price for me. Although Jeff was not my salesperson that day, he did deliver the car to me the next day. Jeff went over and above in helping me make sure my Fit was equipped the way I wanted it as I did not have the opportunity to see it before I purchased it. (Dealer trade). These folks WILL stay in excellent communication with you without being too pushy. If I was to feel pushed into purchasing, I would have walked out. Caiden and Robin simply presented the deal and helped me though the pros and cons. Thanks to Jeff, Robin and Caiden for making my new car purchase something pleasant, which is not at all what I expected from a large dealership. I've had the Fit for a couple weeks and love it so far! More
Fast and Not Furious Purchase!!! I received a check from my bank and had to purchase from a dealership that was within the banks guidelines. I was happy to see Honda of Concord was on their dealer list and to find they had the car my daughter has always wanted. The car was brought in and I purchased so quickly that I must say, this was the BEST experience I've ever had and thanks to my wonderful sales person Joy Spencer!!! More

I was a little anxious about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but the transaction went smoothly and the CR-V was exactly as depicted in the internet ad. I absolutely recommend this dealership and cannot imagine any other dealership or staff going through what they did to make this right for us. I bought my first new car from here, my girl friends lightly used car, and will more than likely never shop anywhere else, because of two staff members, David Neumann and Erick Speck. Two amazing associates that went far above and beyond to not get us in a car, but to make us happy. More

I purchased a vehicle and did a pla The salesman Trent was courteous and helpful. Be warned when dealing with the managerial side of Honda of Concord. I purchased a vehicle and did a plate transfer. The office made a mistake and ordered me a new plate despite clearly being told we were doing a plate transfer. This created a new $400 bill for me from the state (I just paid my vehicle tax on the old vehicle).Then the finance guy (Ted Johnson) lied and misrepresented my situation to the sales team when I questioned why I was receiving a new plate in the mail. Ted viewed my previous title and registration and assured me everything was a "go" for a plate transfer. He even emailed me in the same week of the purchase requesting a picture of the old plate for his records. Well, fast forward to me getting a new plate and all of the sudden I can't do a plate transfer because Ted didn't put my wife's name on the new title despite me asking him if it was necessary. When Ted learned I could NOT do a plate transfer did he call me? Did he ask me if I would like simply to have my wife's name put on the new title? You guessed it... not so much as a peep. He stayed quiet because it would have involved Ted having to do a little paperwork. Instead he just went ahead and applied for a new plate without telling me. When I called and spoke with the Finance Director (Mr. Fogg) he told me to kick rocks. He felt Honda of Concord did nothing wrong and had no obligation whatsoever to contact me after they screwed up. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle again from these xxxxxxxx. I have never been treated the way I was at Honda of Concord when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Be warned! After they get your money is when all the niceties wash away and the ugly interior is exposed. More

If they take in a trade-in without a second key, and are unable to obtain the 2nd key from the owner, then they should go ahead and make a duplicate without the new buyer having to request it and wait for it. Great service from Joy Spencer. Honda of Concord made the extra key as quickly as they could. Highly recommend this dealership. More

From my first phone call inquiry, Joy Spencer was extremely helpful and informed. We set up a meeting time a few days later and Joy only had to show me two cars before I found the one that fit me perfectly.I knew I wanted to make a quick purchase and Joy made that happen. I drove my beautiful sport edition off the lot that same evening. This was my first time ever leasing/buying a new car and it went so smoothly. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Honda of Concord and will definitely be going back to them in the future. More
