Mr. Spatafore was very a very helpful and informing associate. I was there maybe 10mins before he came up to me, but after introducing myself and telling him what I was interested in it was smooth sail associate. He showed me a few cars within 30 mins we were out test driving a car.. He set me up a great deal, I ended up trading my truck in for the cr and I was given a really good offer on it. All said and done i was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours... I am very happy with my car and the helpful associates they have on staff there. I give this a 5 star rating because Mr.Tate was very friendly, helpful and informative. Mr.Tate did not come off as over bearing like some salesmen. We even wanted our monthly payments in a certain range and Mr.Tate and his supervisor fought to get us in that particular monthly payment range. Any questions we asked Mr.Tate had an answer for it and he even voluntered to show us the actually break down of how much we would be charged for the car after our downpayments and so forth. We went to several car dealerships that were over priced and seem to be focused on making money for themselves. We honestly know in our heart that Mr.Tate and his manager did what they needed to satisfy our car needs. We will recommend Honda to our family and friends! We purchased a 2012 Honda Crosstour recently and could not be more pleased with the experience at Honda of Concord.
