I first inquired the car on Saturday, April 19 2014, and was contacted in less than hour of browsing online. I was able to come and test drive the car that night, and fill out most of the paperwork that was required. I was contacted on Monday saying that I could come and get the vehicle. All of the agents that assisted my boyfriend and I were very friendly, and I was impressed at how quickly everything was handled. I was also impressed that they cleaned the car very thoroughly, and filled up the tank before sending us on our way. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is searching for a new car, and my boyfriend has stated we will also be returning there whenever it's time for him to purchase one as well. More

We were shown the exact models we wanted to see and not directed to other models. This was good as we did not wish to see anything other than the CR-V. Joy listened to exactly what we wanted and answered all questions thoroughly. After we chose the car we wanted, all paperwork was completed with, once again, explanations during each step. We told the sales person what price we wanted to pay and everyone cooperated to the max. We felt the cost was very fair to all. Our overall experience was great and I would recommend this dealership to everyone interested in purchasing a Honda. I would also recommend that they talk with Joy Spencer. Our initial contact was with Quentin Williams and he was wonderful to work with as well. More

I called up Honda of Concord as a last minute check in order to see if they could better the quote I had from Priority Honda (Huntersville). Sid spoke to me and said he would call me back. After some time order to see if they could better the quote I had from Priority Honda (Huntersville). Sid spoke to me and said he would call me back. After some time, he said that they could better the deal by $75. That was enough for me, as I knew I was already skating on the thin section of the deal ice. I submitted my credit details online and Sid said I was approved for Honda Finance. I went in to the showroom where Brian Emmerich (business mgr) told me that could not match the finance rate I had from Truliant. I told him that they had 5 min before I walked out! Chip then came to me and we managed to work something out. Later on, I worked with Brian where he patiently explained all the paperwork to me. I was given the explanation of the extended warranties but never pushed to buy them. I only opted for gap insurance as an extra and that was that! I left with the VIN of my new CR-V which is scheduled to land at the dealer's tomorrow. All in all, a good experience. More

I called ahead on Black Friday and was greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff, even though they were very busy. I was introduced to Caiden Withey who was my sales person. He could not have been arrival by very friendly staff, even though they were very busy. I was introduced to Caiden Withey who was my sales person. He could not have been more helpful. I looked at both a 2014 Accord and 2014 CRV. He explained all the features of both before I test drove each one. He made sure the test drive was long enough for me to get a good feel for each vehicle. I decided on the CRV and he helped me trade in my 2002 Accord and complete all the paper work for my new CRV. I realized after I got home I had left CDs in the Accord. I contact Caiden, and he already had found the CDs and held them until I could get back to the dealership to pick them up. Caiden made the purchase of my new CRV a very positive experience. More
