After some negative experiences at other dealerships we were very hesitant to attempt another car purchase. We had a particular set of needs for our next vehicle and Jonathan just sat down with us, got to know us & really talked through what we wanted & needed in the vehicle. He didn't just 'sell' us a car, he helped us pick exactly the right car for us. He was not a Car Salesman, he was a Car Counselor! We were impressed with every step of the process at the dealership. Even when the deal was finished, you were not just handed the keys and pushed out the door. Honda follows all the way through even with setting the car features to our preferences - even the radio stations. We are now happy Honda owners. It was our 1st Honda but it will not be our last, thanks to Jonathan Shapiro! More
