I have rated Honda of Concord all 5's because of how far they went out of there way to get me a new vehicle with a great interest rate under immediate on the spot financing. We bought a 2011 Accord from Honda Concord and they made it a very pleasant experience. We loved the car, but last weekend we stopped by to look for a replacement for our 18 YEAR OLD CIVIC and they made su it a very pleasant experience. Three years ago we leased a Honda Accord and the lease was up on that car. My husband and I are expected our 2nd child and need something a bit bigger and had heard great things about the Honda CR-V. Tyler was just who we needed! He was very knowledgeable about the Honda products and was very easy to work with. We felt comfortable working with him and enjoyed laughing with him. Not only that, everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and like we were important and not just another sale. At the end of our experience, Brain made the buying process very easy and smooth and we was also very thankful for that as well. Products were not pushed, but offered and explained in a reasonable way that allowed us to make the best decisions for our family.
