We picked Honda of Concord due to the fact that we've been very happy with their service department for the past eight years. We used a car buying service through USAA (very similar to TrueCar) to ge been very happy with their service department for the past eight years. We used a car buying service through USAA (very similar to TrueCar) to get a very good price on the car. The only problem with pricing is that Honda of Concord tacks an extra $2,000 of dealer add-ons to every vehicle (wheel locks, nitrogen in tires, pin striping, window tinting, etc); it's impossible to find a car on their lot that does not have all of these add-ons installed. Because I didnt't ask for (or honestly even want) any of the add-ons, I was able to negotiate not being charged for them, but it's very frustrating to feel pressured into paying for something you never asked for (especially when using a car buying service for the main purpose of seeking a "no haggle" purchase). I'm sure many people never even chlallenge these extra charges. Our salesperson, Yolanda, was fantastic. She was very friendly and attentive. She (and her sales manager, whose name I forget) understood that I was loyal to their service department, but I felt the additional charges were unfair. They bent over backwards to get me the price that I wanted for the car, and I'm very satisfied with the final deal. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for price is because of the previously mentioned add-ons. My only other quibble with the buying experience is that the business manager (I can't remember his name, either) was a tad belittling when I said I didn't want the extended warranty. His exact words were, "I can't believe you wouldn't want to buy this warranty!" When I replied that I bought Hondas based on their reliability and that they "didn't break", he told me "Oh yes they do!" Which is an odd thing to say to a person who was just sold on a brand's stellar reliability. Not to mention the nearly universal advice to not buy extended warranties for cars. The 4 for quality of work was due to some minor corner cutting: the gas tank was only 3/4 full even though they said they would fill it up, the car was washed but they missed two pencil eraser sized "gooey" spots on the side mirrors (probably left from a protective covering) that obstruct view, various plastic covers weren't removed from knobs or levers throughout the car. Nothing worth complaining about, but they all add up to a feeling that my car was not prepared with the utmost attention to detail. In the end, I would recommend Honda of Concord to other buyers with the caveat that they should look out and refuse to pay for the various dealer add-ons. As I said, their service department is top-notch, and I would definitely work with Yolanda again for a future car purchase. More
The service in this dealership was overall amazing. I literally went in there thinking it was going to be a hassle, especially since it was my first brand new car, but I ended up leaving with a new car a literally went in there thinking it was going to be a hassle, especially since it was my first brand new car, but I ended up leaving with a new car and no stress. Everyone that we talked with at the dealership was very friendly and informative and helpful. we weren't there long before we had chosen exactly what we were looking for and test driving it. they thourough friendly and informative and helpful. we weren't there long before we had chosen exactly what we were looking for and test driving it. they thouroughly explained the payment options and even gave us a discount and gave us a month before we had to pay the down payment. Wow! this was my very first NEW car and they explained all the features clearly and how i go about getting the upkeep done in the garage and all the great warranties on it. I never knew getting a new car had so many rewards and was so much smarter than buying the crappy second hand cars i had bought before. More

For the last 4-6 months I have received letters in the mail practically begging me to trade in my 2008 CR-V for a newer model. I also purchased my 2008 from Honda of Concord. I finally relented & told the caller & told them I was bringing my husband with me & the only way I was going to trade for a newer vehicle is if they made it worth my while. Well they did!! they were knowledgable, friendly, yet professional & I ended up getting a GREAT deal that was beneficial to both Honda of Concord as well as me. I love my 2013, Mountain Mist, CR-V EX-L!!! Thanks Tyler & Mike!!! More

We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Concord. Tom Teiro was great to work with--we actually traveled from 1.5 hours away specifically to work with him based on family recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and even entertained our baby in the back seat as we test drove the car! Amanda was also super friendly and helpful in explaining all the paperwork to us and making the experience quick and painless. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the service that we received and will definitely recommend Tom and Honda of Concord to anyone. We love our new family car! More
