I've never bought a new car in my life so I was a little nervous. Tom Teiro came out to help me and could not have been nicer to deal with. We test drove the vehicle and then inside to discuss money. Tom gave me their best price and I decided to sleep on it that night (no sleep, thinking about that beautiful ride). The next morning I called Tom and told him that car was mine and to get it ready for me later that day. Brandon Harris detailed the car for me and did a heck of a job. Tom Teiro was a pleasure to work with as was Amanda (sales Mgr). All in all I am very very pleased with my purchase at Honda of Concord and I'll be sure to give them all my business (sales & service). They made the buying process so easy and relaxing, no pressure at all. Great job guys! More

Eddie was very helpful in explaining all the new things on the new CR-V I bought. Mr. Spatafore was very a very helpful and informing associate. I was there maybe 10mins before he came up to me, but after introducing myself and telling him what I was interested in it was smooth sail associate. He showed me a few cars within 30 mins we were out test driving a car.. He set me up a great deal, I ended up trading my truck in for the cr and I was given a really good offer on it. All said and done i was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours... I am very happy with my car and the helpful associates they have on staff there.
