I used Edmunds.com to request quotes from various dealers in the area. Yolonda, an internet sales associate was the first to contact me and she sent the quote via email as I had requested. Over the next couple of days I had several phone calls from salesmen at other dealerships wanting to discuss offers at their dealership. A few emails between myself and Yolonda and my wife and I visited her at Honda of Concord. Three hours later we drove away in a new CRV. She was very informative and answered all our questions. I had a trade in and it took three back and forth negotiations before we agreed on an out the door price. I had been preapproved for what I thought was a great rate with my local financial organization but the finance representative, Amanda got us an even lower rate. She was also very easy to deal with and we got no 'hard sell' on the extended warranty and maintenance packages. She explained what each covered and the cost without pushing the packages when we did not want them. The only thing I felt was somewhat confusing was the initial quote I received on the car did not include the destination charge which I felt should have been clearly stated in the quote. Overall the buying process was easy, transparent, and I would recommend Yolonda, Amanda,and Honda of Concord for a new car purchase. More

I traded in a vehicle (that I did not have with me) and was unable to drive home my new vehicle because I had not brought my glasses with me, only my prescription sunglasses, and it was too dark to drive with those on. I asked to have the vehicle held for me for pick-up the following day, but instead, a sales associate followed my husband and I home with my new car, exchanged tags with the trade-in vehicle at my house, and took the title and the car back to the dealership for me. We are from Kings Mtn. We shopped for a used car for several months around local dealerships and was unsuccessful in finding the right car for the for the price we wanted. So glad that we did, you actually had more than one car that we liked and was interested in. All though we went over the amount that we had set to spend we feel like we got a super deal and a very, very nice car in return. We have not had any negative comments by anyone and all my daughters friends love her car. The next time we are in the market for a car we will be coming back to Honda of Concord and we have recommended your dealership to anyone that we know that are looking for a car. In years past purchasing a vehicle I remember spending hours trying to buy a car and spending most of the day at the dealrership, but not with Honda of Concord we were in and out and driving the cleaned car with a tank of gas back home. My husband and I went in late on a Tuesday just to browse the inventory and were not looking to buy a car. However we test drove a Crosstour and an Accord Coupe and wanted to know what type of a deal we cou the inventory and were not looking to buy a car. We told Tom( our sales person ) if we could not get the price we wanted we would leave since we really were not in the market. We also stated that we did not want to sit around and wait for hours. Tom was extremely accommodating. It took about 20 minutes to come back.with an offer that worked and we decided to purchase the Coupe. Its a fantastic car and the whole process took about two hours. The whole team at Honda of Concord was wonderful. I went back to get the window tinted on Saturday and it went smoothly but there is a bubble on one of the windows. I called for an appointment and they were very accommodating. I will be going in next week to have it fixed so hopefully there will be no problems. Tom Teiro was excellent in guiding us toward a car that suited our needs and explaining how everything worked. More

I got the initial quote from Mr Gerard through internet and when i went to meet him at the dealership, he was busy with other customer but he was kind enough to arrange another sales person Mr Perry Flyth to work with me. Mr Perry took effort to show us the van details and different colors and having good knowledge to answer our questions. Thanks to Mr Perry Flyth who worked hard to get me the good price and also got the additional accessories like floor mats, mud guards & cargo tray & etc which are included in the final price.
