Honda of Concord by far is the best Honda dealership I have worked with!! Ted Johnson was very polite and respectful to my husband and myself. I drove almost 2 hours just to purchase a car from him! I was told my other dealers that the deal I was getting from Honda of Concord was a scam just to get me in the doors, but it was 100% legit!! If Ted Johnson tells you something he is going to do, take him for his word he will do it. I will admit, I am a little sceptical of salesmen, but he is not the typical "salesman", he is a very honest man. More

When I went to Honda of Concord I was just browsing for a new car, I wasn't dead set on a Honda or any specific car for that matter but I wanted to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by Joy, she was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable about the cars, specifically the 2013 Honda Civic, that I was interested in learning more about. She explained all the features to me and answered any questions I had about the car. She made me feel comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing, since this was the first time I was searching for a new car to lease or purchase. After the test drive I was impressed with the features that the 2013 Civic LX models had, compared to other similar cars like the Cruze and the Corolla. She found me a car on their lot in the color and model that I wanted with no trouble. She was very patient with me throughout the process because I had to have my mom (who lives out of state) co-sign the lease since I'm still a college student. It took some extra time but she stuck with me through the entire process and got me a great deal. At first I didn't think I would be able to lease or purchase the Civic at all because of the monthly payments but after some negotiating she got me a deal that I could afford and I was very happy for that! I would highly recommend choosing Honda of Concord, especially working with Joy Spencer, even if you're still in college and don't think you can afford it. Give it a try! More

We did our homework, got a great trade-in for our new 2013 CR-V. Double-teamed by Tom Teiro and Mike Maman, both of which did an excellent job in presentation and running-the-numbers. The only problem we had was the door locks on the drivers door did not work when we purchased the car so having to make a return trip to get fixed. I was very pleased with the level of personal service I received from Joy Spencer. The pre-owned car I wanted to see had sold before I got to the lot and Joy spent 2 hours showing me every other model on received from Joy Spencer.
