Everyone was very friendly. I felt like I was working with people that I've known for years. However, I don't think I got the best price or finance deal for my used 2012 Honda Accord. Worked with Ted and Luke on the sales side and Chip on the pricing piece. All three were great. Very professional and very courteous. I was a little disappointed that the additional $500 cash back that was available last Thursday was no longer available when I came back to buy. I also didn't think the truck looked as good as it could have upon delivery. It's a high-volume dealership so I understand that the guys in the back are busy but I truly believe that when someone pays upwards of $30K for a vehicle, it should be perfect before it leaves the lot. Ted said we could bring it back in a few days to have it retouched but if it would have been done right in the first place, a second trip wouldn't be necessary. Overall, a positive experience but those couple details stick out for me. More
