I was a little disappointed that the additional $500 cash back that was available last Thursday was no longer available when I came back to buy. I also didn't think the truck looked as good as it could have upon delivery. It's a high-volume dealership so I understand that the guys in the back are busy but I truly believe that when someone pays upwards of $30K for a vehicle, it should be perfect before it leaves the lot. Ted said we could bring it back in a few days to have it retouched but if it would have been done right in the first place, a second trip wouldn't be necessary. Overall, a positive experience but those couple details stick out for me. More
