Our approach is to go online and read the reviews to find the name of one or two sales representatives who are consistently mentioned for providing superior service. We got tired of walking into a dealership and getting nabbed by the "first available" person (who usually turned out not to be to our liking). So it was that we settled on Robin and made an appointment with her. She exceeded our expectations for friendliness, sincerity, and professionalism. She has worked at Honda of Concord for over five years. Many sales representatives in car sales are here-today-gone-tomorrow. There is a reason that Robin is a five year veteran. She knows how to mix just enough product knowledge with personal stories and questions to make us feel comfortable. As for the actual negotiations, we reached an agreeable conclusion fairly quickly. With so much pricing information available online, both sides should know what is a reasonable price to give and what is a reasonable discount to receive.
