Honda of Concord

I went to Honda of Concord for service on my leased 2010 Honda Accord. I was eager for the lease to end, because I wanted a larger SUV vehicle. Talking with Tom Teiro, I found that I could move into anoth Honda Accord. I was eager for the lease to end, because I wanted a larger SUV vehicle. Talking with Tom Teiro, I found that I could move into another lease with no penalty, still having 8 months remaining on my current lease. The Honda Pilot seemed to fit my needs. Within two hours, I was driving away in the new Pilot. Rather than spending all day at a dealership, the staff worked quickly. Just prior to leaving, Tom loaded my iPhone phone book into the blue tooth system, spending quite a bit of time demonstrating how the blue tooth and CD library systems worked. This was probably the best experience I have ever had trading vehicles. More

He did apologize for not responding correctly, but the 2 things i was told the vehicle had that helped in making my decision to find out it was not provided was disappointing.
