Purchased a new Honda Pilot from Honda of Concord on Saturday, 8/17. My experience, from start to finish, was excellent. I worked with Cody Burris as my sales person, and he was knowledgeable about the car, in addition to being friendly and courteous. Not a "high pressure" salesman at all! He listened closely to my requirements, took me for a test drive, and helped me compare the costs of a recent model used Pilot as opposed to a new Pilot. After deciding on the new Pilot, he was excellent to work with during the negotiation process. I had an exact idea on what I felt was fair for both my trade as well as the new vehicle, and Cody worked with his sales manager to come extremely close to my initial financial goals. I feel as though I was treated very fairly throughout the process and received an excellent deal. The finance department was very good as well. They offered me the various warranties, insurance coverages, and service plans, but did not apply a lot of pressure during the process, which was appreciated. Paperwork was completed quickly as well. Cody stayed well after official closing hours to make sure that the new vehicle's functionality was fully explained to me before my departure. It was an excellent experience over all, and I would not hesitate to recommend both Cody and Honda of Concord to any of my friends and family. More

My Experience was amazing! I had inquired online, and got a response quickly from Ted. At the time I wasn't ready to make a purchase and put buying a car on the back burner. The process was super easy and I am now driving a 2013 Pilot. This is the 3rd car I have leased with Honda of Concord, and I wont go anywhere else. They have my business for Life! More

I walked on the lot at 1:10 pm and drove off in a new Accord at 4 pm. The salesman did not pressure me and gave me plenty of time to look at the cars by myself. Robin did an excellent job of taking time to learn about my needs. She selected 3 vehicles to show me based on what I was looking for and we test drove them and talked about the pros and cons. Of course I chose a Honda ! A CR-V to be exact and it was a cream puff of a vehicle! The buying process was pleasant and they were able to get me the financing that I needed. Robin even went with me to return my rental so I could drive home in my new Honda! I would definitely recommend Honda of Concord to all my friends and family! More
