Went to dealership after being contacted several times by Jeff, who wanted to buy my old car (2008 Honda Accord). After a month of phone calls and emails, I went in expecting to be in a new car for a similar Jeff, who wanted to buy my old car (2008 Honda Accord). After a month of phone calls and emails, I went in expecting to be in a new car for a similar monthly payment and no money down (that's what I was told by Jeff). After spending 3 1/2 hours at the dealership, I was told I could put $4500 down and be in a similar price range. After it's all over with I do have a new car, but ended up putting money down and my car payment id over $100 more a month. I don't appreciate being lied to! I was also told that I was getting a great deal, the salesperson couldn't get a deal that good, and he wasn't making much money off the sale, YEA RIGHT!!! Typical car dealership. More

I had fixed an appointment with Larry Fowler to check out a used Civic but I turned up early and Jonathan Shapiro helped us out till Larry came to office. He showed the car and the car fax report and answered our questions patiently. We went for a test drive and he was more than happy to explain details about the car. They gave us a good offer on the trade and a good price for the car we went there to buy. So it was an easy process. Larry and later Tim helped us get thru the paper work in no time. Tim explained all the papers we were signing and let us read thru whenever we thought of making sure. We weren't very sure if we wanted that car but folks at Honda of Concord made things very easy and the choice was obvious. It was a completely friendly and hassle-free experience. I have walked out of places because the folks were too pushy. I had thought of visiting a couple of other places but I was happy with the deal I got and by the end of the day I was an owner of (yet another)Honda Civic! A highly recommended dealership! More
