Very friendly. First visit was just to test drive an Accord. Tony was not pushy. He took us for a test drive, gave us info, and we were on our way. He helped to locate the right make, model and color of vechicle with the right options and handed off the appraisal of my trade in to others. He started the negotiation process and then handed it off to an expert in the field of finance. He picked it back up when an agreed price and terms were achieved, prepped the car for delivery and made the transfer of contents easy. He also made sure that we didn't forget the CDs inside of the CD changer in the trade-in and helped me pair up my phone to blootooth. And that is why I have bought more than one vehicle from Henry.
