Skeptical walking in, smiling walking out I had totaled my car and my heart had just sunk. I was emotionally attached to my car so needless to say, I had a rough month talking to insurance com I had totaled my car and my heart had just sunk. I was emotionally attached to my car so needless to say, I had a rough month talking to insurance company back and forth, figuring out what I needed to do and how I was going to go about it. My local State Farm insurance agent recommended Joy Spencer and raved about her. The more he talked about her, the more I became skeptical because I had a very limited budget (under 10K) and I was not sure that Joy would be able to help me find what I was looking for "within" my budget. He got in touch with Joy - Joy got in touch with me and made this painful car search such a wonderful experience. From my initial introduction to signing the papers, Joy was a real joy to work with! Unlike some other places I had been to where the sales rep were unpleasantly pushy, Joy was respectful and gave my husband and I the privacy to think and talk it out. She was not overbearing or forceful but honest and self-assertive. Joy was a God-send for me and my husband! We walked out of the dealership extremely satisfied and grinning from ear to ear.
