This is the fourth car we've bought from this dealership and specifically from Henry Cooper and I don't think we would buy anywhere else. The product is great. Total time at the dealership was less than 2 hours (a far cry from past experiences at other locations that cost us the better part of a day). While additional products were mentioned there was no pressure to purchase. Actually, the best way I can explain it is they respected us enough to give us the time needed to make the decision, then they worked to make a fair deal. From the point when my wife and I walked into the dealership and Tom Teiro welcomed us with a smile and a joyfulnesss attitude for us being there, my wife was sold on Honda of Concord. A few minutes later he drove up in a 2010 Odessy and my wife wife went WOW!!!, it was as if Tom had read our minds on prices even before we ever mentioned a price. Tom explained the Certified meaning to us and slowly with passion showed us around the Odessy. During the test drive and after we got back to the office he walked us through the process and hit the mark of where we wanted our payment to be. At no time did Tom pressure us or treat us as if our questions where stupid, my wife Cindy and I both were pleased with the professionalism that Tom had in himself and the Dealership. A very enjoyable experience. Then Tom brought Chris Ijames to us and introduced us, the smile that he had and professionalism that he expressed made signing all the paperwork a pleasant experince instead of a task. From beginning to end every questioned was answered and we got that feeling that Tom and Chris both enjoyed waiting on us, nothing was rushed just a wonderful overall experience. I leased a brand new Honda Civic. I worked with Joy Spencer. She truly was a "Joy". I wanted a black on black car and she found it on a delivery truck that had just rolled in. I visited the online site first and saw the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. My partner and I arrive the next day at the dealership and was assisted by Sid Villarreal. He was an outstanding sale manager. He was very courteous, professional and made us feel very at ease. He took the time to go over the different styles of the vehicle I was looking for and then escorted us back to view and test drive. Sid did an excellent job of describing the features and differences of other models. We decided to purchase the car, great salesman Sid. We then meet with Chris Ijames. Even though it was closing time, he took the time to go over all the details and options we had. Chris was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Afterwards even though the dealership had closed, Sid took the time to sit in the car with me and go over how to setup the features in the car. Sid and Chris are shining examples of quality and professionalism. They were very instrumental in our decision to purchase the vehicle from Honda of Concord. I thought I'd have to get a different type of car or one with very high miles, but Tony and Mike helped me achieve a deal better than I even thought possible when I walked in!
