We have been buying Honda's from Honda of Concord for 30 years. Additionally, we serviced all of our cars exclusively with Honda of Concord. We just purchased a Honda CR-V LX from them and the sales experience was great. Tom Teiro is the BEST car salesman I have ever met. I don't think I will ever meet a better one. He knows his craft and executes with much skill, efficiency and most of all; kindness and consideration. You guys should follow him around with a camera and make a video to show to all new salesmen. Call it the Tom Teiro Car Sales Method. When it comes time to purchase another Honda, I will only ask for Tom. I enjoyed meeting Mike Maman and discussing the particulars of the Honda Civic trade-in and the new Honda CR-V. A real gentleman. I had been feeling the need to trade a much-loved 2002 BMW 530i for a newer, more reliable, and more economical car, but one I could still feel excited about. We had had several Hondas at our house, and BMW 530i for a newer, more reliable, and more economical car, but one I could still feel excited about. We had had several Hondas at our house, and their quality and reliability made a new Civic a top prospect in my car search. I went to Honda Cars of Concord on a rainy day last week to see if I could find a Civic I liked, and whether I could get a trade-in deal on the BMW that would make it possible for me to part with it. I was greeted by salesperson JOY SPENCER, a cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful person. She was very effective in helping me to identify the cars I might be interested in trying, and with her help, I chose a slightly used 2012 Civic EX sedan that I thought might be just right. After a test drive where my daring driving did not seem to phase her at all, we settled in with Service Manager MIKE MAMAN to see what deal we could strike. I was really impressed by Mike's expertise. I was pleasantly surprised with the deal he formulated and offered. I thought I got an unexpectedly fair offer for my BMW. He showed me comparable offering prices for other Civics at local dealers in the area, and made a good price offer for the one I was interested in. After a quick trip home to see if my wife approved my choice of a new car that would be used primarily by me (and she was quite pleased), I returned to Honda Cars of Concord to complete the deal. I was placed in the hands of Business Manager BRIAN EMMERICH who completed the several items of paperwork with great efficiency, explaining each with unusual clarity. I appreciated BRIAN's and JOY's efforts to conclude the process quickly as I had a "must do" commitment late that afternoon. JOY went to special lengths to locate all the keys for the Civic and to show me all the features of this great car. I love my new Civic. Next time I buy I car, I'm going back to Honda Cars of Concord. More

I went out of my distance to look at this 2007 Odyssey minivan, but I am so thankful I did, because they worked with me on the price. My husband and I went to Honda of Concord on a Friday night to look at Honda CR-Vs. Lester Leader greeted us with a warm smile and handshake. He showed us 3 or 4 different CR-Vs and explained the different packages that were available. Since it was cold outside, we went inside and talked about what we were looking for. We made an appointment to go back on Sunday to do a test drive. On Sunday, we were late getting to the dealership for our test drive and Lester was with another client. He greeted us and told us that Jeff Hamm would be helping with our test drive. Jeff brought around a CR-V for me to test drive and then brought another so that I could decide on the color that I wanted. Once I had the specific color and CR-V decided, we went in and started negotiating the price. My husband and I were very satisfied with the final price that we got. Lester checked in with us throughout the process. Next we met with Brian Emmerich to do the financing and sign everything. That process was completely stress free and painless. After completing all of the paperwork, we met Lester at our new CR-V. He went over everything with us and spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked. From our arrival to our departure on Sunday, we test drove the car, negotiated the price, financed the car, completed all of the paperwork and learned how everything worked in less than three hours. This was a pleasant experience with Honda of Concord and these three professionals. This is our second Honda purchase from Honda of Concord and I know there will be more in our future. More
