Car shopping is always a long experience but we bought TWO so it was a long day. Midday we were ready to leave to eat lunch and our sales rep jumped right away and said "Just a minute" and she came back TWO so it was a long day. In our closing of documents I commented on the Car Care Kit and was informed they were free gifts for NEW car purchases. We bought TWO cars. I think we should have gotten at least one Car Care Kit. We were told we would get some gas. I got none but my husband did get 3/4 tank. Our experience was good. Our sales rep, DaVona was awesome. We will reccommend in the future. More
