I am a loyal Honda owner and went to the dealership to purchase a new Accord. Demetrius was my salesman and was very nice, personable, and professional. However, when the final negotiations took place, purchase a new Accord. Demetrius was my salesman and was very nice, personable, and professional. However, when the final negotiations took place, the dealership would not honor the originally agreed upon price. I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars more than expected. Needless to say, the price was higher than it should have been and my overall positive experience at the dealership turned out to be a "typical dealership experience". I would probably still recommend the dealership, as well as working with Demetrius, but I would caution you to be prepared to walk out when the sales managers pull the bait and switch routine. My experience with Honda of Concord started when I was contacted through e-mail by Lee Brown of internet sales. On my next visit I was helped by Stacy Hicks, and he was also very helpful, friendly and professional. Stacy helped me get a car with a price I could be comfortable with, though the dealer fees were a "big" shock since I hadn't purchased a car since 1999! Upon leaving the dealership, Lee came to wish me luck and gave me a "mini" lesson on how to use some of the Accord's features. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you Lee and Stacy! More

She contacted me very quickly after my first inquiry. We made an appointment and took a test drive. She was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. As an example, I indicated that I was concerned with some apparent overspray on the back quarter-panel of the car (I mean it was BARELY noticeable). They gave me a voucher to bring the car back the following weekend and they would take care of it. A minor issue - but illustrates that they were willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. From a pricing standpoint - they matched the Zag pricing I found online. So that was satisfactory. I only gave them a 4 on pricing because I was a little irritated with the "doc fee" that they insisted on. Also, got the special .9% financing rate. More
