I appreciated how the sales managers worked with us to acquire the vehicle we wanted. The service department is always so friendly and willing to help out their customers. But when we decided it was time for a new car, Tom was very laid back and made the atmosphere very relaxing when buying to help out their customers. Sales person was very friendly and nice. Help me look at all my options to see which route would lower my montly payment the most. Only thing that I was not satisfy with was that I found a couple of spots on the new car that had paint chips but they are willing to fix it at no cost to me so that was good. This dealership is full of it! I was in the market for a sedan. I came across a black civic si sedan from Honda of Concord, from their website. I emailed them and Rich York said they had it in their invento sedan. I came across a black civic si sedan from Honda of Concord, from their website. I emailed them and Rich York said they had it in their inventory, at the dealership. The next day i visit the dealership, come to find out they DON"T have ANY Civic si's in stock! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! They will say anything to get you into the door. Since i was there i decided to check the new 2013 accord, JUST TO LOOK and compare prices with other dealers. They tell me they have the "BEST DEAL" and they're being really "AGGRESSIVE". As soon as i said i wanted to check out other dealers and see what they could offer me. Honda of Concord turned into a bunch of BULLIES! They are rude and will take advantage of person they can! my cousin warned me about them. i should of listened. I did not purchase a car from them. they said i couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. GUESS WHAT? I DID! More
