Our salesman, Corey Gibson, was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of getting our pre-owned 2022 Honda Civic. Recently having my car totaled due to a deer , it was time to look for another car. After doing long hours of research and reading hundreds of reviews at various Honda locations, I followed my heart and time to look for another car. After doing long hours of research and reading hundreds of reviews at various Honda locations, I followed my heart and drove 2 1/2 hours to Honda of Concord. Honda of Concord didn’t disappoint. The great service started yesterday with a call from Lauren Furr following up on my information placed on their website all the way to today entering the Honda dealership. I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Everyone was so courteous and willing to help. Jakob Stocksen was my sales advisor and boy did he go above and beyond . He took his time explaining everything and to see if I had any questions. He asked what amenities I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me new and gently used vehicles that come close to what I was looking for. During my test drive with the Honda Accord Hybrid , Jakob explained and showed me how to maneuver around the computer system. Jakob didn’t make me feel as though I was being rushed while looking or just trying to push any car on me, which means a great deal . The business manager Ms. Joy Spencer was very nice and helpful. She explained my contract and wanted to make sure that I asked questions if there was something I didn’t understand. I love that they put your signed documents on a flash drive for you to take with you that’s a +++++ for me !
