My husband and I were in the market for a newer vehicle. Our last purchase was over 10 years ago. We were greeted on the lot by Nautica Zitiello. We informed Nautica that we were shopping for a pre owned vehicle and had been looking at the online website at their selection of Honda Accords. Nautica told us she would be more than delighted to let us test drive as many vehicles as we would like until we found the one we wanted to take home with us. We have never owned an Honda and didn’t know much about them, so therefore we had a multitude of questions, of which Nautica gladly answered all questions. We even apologized for asking so many, but she stated she was more than happy to answer them. When we finally made our purchase decision, Nautica took us into the lobby which was full of warm & welcoming staff. The entire process was just so easy and we feel that Nautica made it an excellent car buying experience.
