From the first call I made to the dealership to find out if the car was available to walking out with the car. Jakob is the absolute best sales professional we have personally dealt with. His customer service is above and beyond, extremely helpful, knowledgeable. Every single question we had through the entire process, he had an answer for us. Although we were 2 hours away from the dealership, the process was done from home & I could say it has been the smoothest car purchase we've had. My main concern was that the car might not be available because this specific car and color was not easy to find but Jakob made sure to secure the car for us until we were ready to pick it up. Aside from the entire process of purchasing the car, Jakob helped us with setting up everything in the car like connecting bluetooth, downloading the app & setting up everything with car play as well.
