I liked the text messaging informing me of the completion of the vehicle. The service advisor failed to give me the discount for the service for the coupon I gave him when I brought in the car. I looked at t of the vehicle. The service advisor failed to give me the discount for the service for the coupon I gave him when I brought in the car. I looked at the paperwork before I left the parking lot and realized I did not receive the discount from the coupon. I went back to the cashier. She was not courteous at all asking me what I did with the coupon. When she looked through the paperwork she found it attached to the order. She said I would need to take it up with the service advisor. Even though Kyle did not wait on me Kyle came up and handled the situation. He said he would apply a credit to my account for the next time I went in. Had Kyle not come up the rating probably would have been a 2 or lower. As a repeat automobile purchaser from Covington Honda it would seem appropriate to AUTOMATICALLY apply coupons to service work done on cars purchased there. It would go a long way to making customers feel appreciated and in reality cost nothing. More

The biggest problem was probably not related to the staff. They did a fix on the entertainment system, blue tooth etc. A day later it didn't work, so we have to bring it in.
