When I go over there to Honda of Covington to have my car worked on I usually deal with Paul Zummo in the Service Department. When my car is finished it is always cleaned and washed. I had some work done recently and had heard a noise under the bottom in the engine area. I brought it over and Paul immediately took it to the back and the mechanics, Kevin Hek and Chris Boyle checked it out and went straight to the problem. (very minor, two plastic push pins had fell out of the plastic cowling). These two fellows took care of it and I was on my way. I have a 2011 Pilot I bought at Honda of Covington and will not anyone touch it but them and I have nothing but Honda parts put on the car by Honda Technicians which in my opinion is the reason that the vehicle is running like a Honda should. Kudos and thanks to Paul, Kevin,Chris and the rest of the Honda Team. They are all so nice and professional there. My home is 100 miles from the dealership and I have no problem Making the 200 mile round trip there because I know my problem will be addressed and corrected rightly.
