Brought vehicle in for oil change. However, service dept also tried telling my wife she needed a battery which is a $200 fee, because it was testing as being bad. We refused the new battery service. Afterward i had the battery checked afterward at two other places and both said the battery was fine. This kinda upset me because i feel that they saw a woman by herself and tried to take advantage of her and sell her something she didnt need. More
