The service was as promised. Everyone was very polite. The time I spent waiting was approximately what they said it would be. They explained that it would take 1 1/2 hours because they were down 2 servic The time I spent waiting was approximately what they said it would be. My only criticism is that the waiting area is too small and too cramped, especially in this time of social distancing. We had at least 12-15 people sitting side by side with no spaces between us in a 12 x 16 space More
