Jacob Caraway took great care of me. I complained that previously a different service advisor let my car just stand in the incoming driveway for an hour with no service, even though I had an appointment. previously a different service advisor let my car just stand in the incoming driveway for an hour with no service, even though I had an appointment. So I just drove my car home without service and thought I would take my business elsewhere. However I decided to try one more time and when I told Jacob about my previous bad experience, he made sure my car was serviced in about 15 minutes.
