We had a fantastic experience with Honda of Covington! We went in with intentions of just looking but they made the whole process so simple, we drove off with my new car! The repair department provided excellent service this time. Louis was very friendly, helpful and met all time frames provided for my repair diagnosis and completion. There is a no longer a shuttle service but they arranged a Lyft ride home and that was very much appreciated. The repairs were done on the day promised and everything went well.
