It would have been a 5 star except the Passport was not preped thorougly. Stains on the rear seat, tire pressure in the mid to high 40 psi, grease smudges on the wheels. When I went to service dept on Sa preped thorougly. Stains on the rear seat, tire pressure in the mid to high 40 psi, grease smudges on the wheels. When I went to service dept on Saturday around 3 to inquire about the tire pressure I was told by your employee to let some air out. He was rude and did not offer any assistance. Not good. Although uniformed he was not I think a regular service manager. Looked like just sitting around shooting breeze. Left a really bad taste. Otherwise all good.. More
